John's listing is perfect for any trip to DC for one or two people. It's right on the Wharf, which has a ton of restaurants and a concert venue. It's also a 10-15 minute walk to a major metro station, which makes it easy to get virtually anywhere in DC (or the surrounding areas). It's also a short walk from the Waahington Monument (approx. 20 minutes) and Jefferson Memorial (approx. 15 minutes) for easy access to the rest of the Mall. Would book again!

beautiful space, and very comfortable and spacious for 3 of us. everything was very clean and well designed. conveniently and centrally located as well and walkable to Melrose Ave or Beverly Blvd.

Great place to stay on the Wharf. Literally on top of The Anthem venue. Room was private, building was quiet. Parking was easily accessed via private elevator (pick keys up first!). We thought the mattress was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect!

This place is amazing. Very clean and quiet. It is near so many need to have stores, Ralph's is literally across the street. The room is very spacy and large, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a good dinner. It's a great deal. Would definitely come by again. 👍🏽👍🏽

We initially booked just one night, but we loved the home and the hospitality so much that we extended our stay for two more days. Elena is an exceptional host, very communicative, friendly, and responsive. The house feels cozy, comfortable, and spotless. Street parking can be a bit challenging, but the $10 garage option was convenient and felt much more secure. I would absolutely recommend this place!

John's studio apartment at The Wharf in DC was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean with a very functional small kitchen and bathroom as well as a combo clothes washer/dryer. The queen bed was very comfortable. The area has lots of great restaurants, bars, and things to do. It is convenient to the L'Enfant Plaza and Waterfront Metro stations so we took the Metro there from DCA. The instructions and photos on the Monthier app for using the lockbox to get the key for slef-check-in were excellent. We were in DC to attend a concert at The Anthem, which is actually in the same building and has its main entrance about 75 feet around the corner on the waterfront side. Considering this and the night life in the area, it is amazing how quiet the apartment is at night. We slept very well. We would try to reserve this apartment again if we traveled to this area another time.

My stay at the Adrenalina ISAFI apartment was excellent. You can tell from the photos how beautiful the place is, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Being one of my first Airbnb experiences, I was pleasantly surprised — the apartment is amazing, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. The area is also fantastic, peaceful, and close to everything. I had an absolutely perfect stay. I totally recommend this place!
