cute lil place perfect for two people. the wharf is def a more upscale and trendy area, so id say look elsewhere if you want a more "authentic" dc experience. however, beautiful lcoation, close to the national mall, white house etc and a beautiful building

Ali was great. I booked late and there was a miscommunication, there was no key to get into the room. I sat around waiting for the maintenance person to come let me in but it didn’t work out. I had to cancel and get another place, but Ali issued a full refund

Comfortable small, yet quiet place to lay your head for the night. Had zero issues finding the place and John was extremely responsive. Had a great night and had plenty of food options in the area!

John’s place was in a very great location! I love how the space fit two cars, the place was clean and lots of room. I would definitely 10/10 recommend and stay again.

We were so pleased with this rental! First of all, it had all the comforts of home and was very spacious and comfortable. There was coffee and a coffee pot, towels, soap, even laundry soap to do our wash. We came to Washington to see a concert at Anthem. It was literally steps from the venue! It was a perfect location with tons of lively bars and restaurants right outside the front door of the building! The owner communicated quickly with us and was wonderful. We look forward to visiting again in the fall!

I loved how easy it was to find the keys, access the place, and the location itself. We moved around the city without any hassle, and we appreciated that the surrounding streets allowed us to park the rental car without any issues. At the same time, despite being lucky with the car, not having a clear place to park without worrying about the car being there the next morning is something we'd like to see a not-so-expensive solution for.

The accommodations were just as described in the advertisement. The space was clean and well put together. Check-in instructions were clear and concise and very easy to understand. Lastly, Ali was a wonderful, communicative host and would highly recommend staying with her!

The place was exactly as shown in the pics, with a nice view of the river. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. There’s a trash facility at the start of the alley leading to the building entrance, which can cause an unpleasant smell. I’d suggest walking around the building and entering from the other direction to avoid it. Once you're inside, everything is clean, comfortable, and as described. Still a 5/5 experience!
