Loved staying at Ali's place! The location couldn't have been any better! Walking distance from restaurants, pubs, the water. I got to enjoy Bloomaroo to the fullest. My next visit to DC, I'm definitely going to see if this place is available!

Stayed here for a night to have a rest spot for celebrating my birthday with a group of friends, and when i walked into the property i was more than impressed with how clean, put together, spacious, and tasteful it was! All of the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and organised, as well as a spacious kitchen / dining room. The patio outback was a great place to catch some fresh air with privacy. Parking was provided in the garage and additional street parking was fairly easy to find within the neighborhood, which was also very safe and walkable. This location was great with many things to do see nearby like the Grove and Fairfax. Also a great area of BH that is not too far from Hollywood, Weho, and Silverlake. John is a very responsive and friendly host, and would definitely want to book this stay again in the future. Thanks! Addit

Ali was great. Instructions to check in and check out were very easy, and they were very responsive! All information was provided and I did not have to hassle at all. Place itself was beautiful. Very nice river view, cozy for two people, kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Right on The Wharf, so very easy to get to good food and drinks. I was not bothered by this but light does shine through the blinds and The Wharf is active/loud, especially on weekends, so expect noise/light when attempting to sleep. Very walkable to the Metro, bus stops, and Lime scooters. Amazing value and amazing place. Thank you Ali! Will definitely look at this place again when I visit next time!

I really enjoyed my stay! Instructions were clear. The location is amazing! I attended a concert at The Anthem and this location is right next door. Also, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The place is just what I needed and was very clean! Highly recommend

I loved my stay! The space was so cozy and was just as described in the listing. The location is great as well, with so much within walking distance and convenient to reach other places in the city. I did rent a car being out during the day, I had no trouble finding street parking in the evening. Rao was a great host as well and was easy to reach when needed.

The house was so nice and clean. We felt comfortable and loved having the space to spread out. It was super cute and so walkable! Loved the smoothie place nearby and tried a couple of coffee shops that were great! Will definitely come back!

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place!

Very convenient to the Capital Mall and all the sites to see. Having a Shake Shack on the ground floor was awesome. A CVS around the corner. The walk down the alley/driveway is a little scary, especially when there is an event is happening. Doable though.
