It is for long-term residents only, not for Airbnb guests and the employees there will not be able to help you. ⚠️ Please try not to stain sheets or towels. If stains can't be removed after wash you will be charged a replacement fee from your deposit ($30 per sheet set or duvet cover, $10 per bath towel).
