Sleeping Arrangements The property accommodates 8 guests and features a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and a third bedroom with 1 Queen bed. An additional bathroom is also available. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground level. WiFi WiFi speeds of 100-300 Mbps are provided, along with smart TVs equipped with streaming apps like Netflix in the living area and bedrooms. Air Conditioning Central air conditioning and heating offer efficient climate control throughout the house. Pool A complimentary year-round pool is available but not heated. Jacuzzi is also not heated. Noise Monitoring Noise decibel monitors are installed to detect high noise levels without recording or transmitting audio, ensuring privacy. Check-In Guests will receive a Check-In Link with electronic codes for entry. Local HOA security guidelines require guests' contact email/phone details in order to address potential noise issues.
