Local security regulations may require guests to provide contact details prior to arrival. ➲ Monitoring: Noise detectors monitor volume levels (not speech) inside the residence to keep neighbors happy. Exterior cameras are present in common/shared areas only. ➲ Privacy Policy: Our team only accesses the property for emergencies or exterior upkeep. SELF-SERVICE ➲ Housekeeping: We do not provide daily cleaning, turndown, or fresh towels during your stay. The space is professionally cleaned and stocked with linens only before you arrive. ➲ Essentials: We provide a "Starter Kit" (soap, toilet paper, dish soap) for your first few days.
