You will have sole access to the place and complete privacy throughout your stay. ACCESS ➲ Self Check-In: You will receive a secure link with lockbox instructions or entry codes after booking. Local security regulations may require guests to provide contact details prior to arrival. ➲ Keys (Important): You have the only key. It costs $280 to replace because the owner must fly here to get a new one in person. If you lose the key, send us a message and we can track its location with an AirTag to help you find it. ➲ Monitoring: Noise detectors monitor volume levels (not speech) inside the residence to keep neighbors happy. Exterior cameras are present in common/shared areas only. ➲ Privacy Policy: Our team only accesses the property for emergencies or exterior upkeep. SELF-SERVICE ➲ Housekeeping: We do not provide daily cleaning, turndown, or fresh towels during your stay.
