LOCATION: - Unit is located near Whole Foods and Target downtown Austin. - 5 min walk to Target or Whole Foods as well as many other excellent restaurants and nightlife. - 15-20 drive from Austin Airport PARKING: - Parking is not included but can be found at lots nearby. - Street parking nearby but may be metered. EARLY CHECK-IN: - May be available but not guaranteed. - It is dependent on previous guest and when cleaning company completes servicing the unit. LATE CHECKOUT: - Must be requested during your stay. - Available for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: - This is not a hotel. Please be respectful to the property and neighbors. - Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. - Must use the dedicated entrance during your stay. IMPORTANT: Please note that the entire building strictly prohibits smoking or vaping of any kind, ensuring a clean and healthy living environment for all.
