This is a private room in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment centrally located in Hollywood. This room has its own private bathroom. Professional cleaning lady comes everyday yo clean common areas. We are conveniently located in the heart of West Hollywood, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. There is a free parking street around the building, but we also can offer a parking spot in the garage for $10/night.

- CHECK IN time is 5PM - 11PM - NO VISITORS at any time. - KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN. Please wash your dishes. - NO ALCOHOL. NO SMOKING of any kind: in the room, on the patio, in the building - GO GREEN for our planet. Be conscientious about energy use: turn off lights and A/C when you leave the place. Please do not set A/C lower than 72 degrees. - Do not use the house address as a permanent/mailing address or to establish residency. - Shoes has to be removed in the apartment - NO LOUD BEHAVIOR after 10 pm - Kitchen is suitable for warming up up and storage of the food. Pls avoid food with the strong odor (the kitchen can be used until 9 PM) - Food can be stored in the fridge, it has to be in separate labeled bag, pls try do not forget to take it at the time of check out. Check out procces: - Guests must take all their belongings. We’re not responsible for items left. We do not ship them - Guests must take all their food from the fridge and throw their trash. Extra charges and fees: - If you do not wash your dishes, you agree to pay additional extra cleaning fee $10 - If you check out after 11 am, you agree to pay additional late check out fee $25 - If you want an early check in at 12 pm, you agree to pay additional $25 - $200 fine for having a party - For smoking at the premises $150 additional fee will be applied Thank you for your understanding. We are centrally located in Los Angeles in the infamous Hollywood neighborhood, where stars are embedded in the sidewalk, stars walk the sidewalks, and people pretending to be stars solicit money for street performances! The cultural epicenter of the movie industry and a beacon for those who dream big-screen, Hollywood's star-power creates a place like no other in the universe. Hollywood is surrounded by West Hollywood, The Hollywood Hills, Melrose Ave, Los Feliz, Beverly Hills, Miracle Mile all just a few minutes by car. All of these neighborhoods have excellent restaurants, public parks, libraries, tourist attractions, museums, theaters and shopping. Additionally the home is just on the corner of a bus stop, Ralph's Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, cleaners and much more.

I booked this place for my son who is moving to LA but needed a place to stay before moving into his apartment. Although I was not there myself my son told me that everything was great - clean, secure, with all the needed amenities. Elena was extremely responsive. She helped resolve an issue we had with access immediately (our fault, not hers). This was a great relief given that my son had been travelling all day and was very tired. I may stay here myself on a trip to visit my son because of the great experience. Thank you Elena!

Elena’s three bedroom flat was very clean and tidy. Nicely decorated and uncluttered. She is very responsive to requests and messages. I needed to park my rental in the garage for the week, and she was quick to respond with clear directions and helpful visuals to help guide me to get in and out. Good location within walking distance to restaurants, Ralph’s groceries, and Runyon Canyon hiking area as well. Highly recommend!

Elena was an incredibly helpful and considerate host throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her communication was excellent, and she truly went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying at her place!

I had a great stay here. She was great with communication I was able to check in late since I work long hours and sometimes double shifts so this was great. Although keep in mind is other tenants in the household renting other rooms some won’t be respectful of hours or about having someone else in another room (myself) that sleeps in a little late. I did let her know about a loud tenant but there’s only so much they can do, so do keep that in mind when renting share spaces. The place was great very clean and was extremely close to my job which I loved. Deff booked again

A perfect spot for an early morning jog, photo opportunity of the Hollywood sign, gorgeous views and of course celebrity spotting!
