LOCATION: - This unit is located downtown Los Angeles near Whole Foods Market. - It is near the intersection of South Grand Ave and West 8th Street. - 30 minutes drive to LAX. - Map search The Apple Tower Theater 802 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA to see distances to your points of interest. AMENITIES: - Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub - Fitness Center PARKING: - Parking is not included. - The paid parking lots nearby start at $10 per day. - We recommend using the app “ParkUp’” to find paid parking lots during your stay. - Meters are usually free overnight from 8pm - 8am. - Read all posted signs anywhere you park in Los Angeles. EARLY CHECK-IN: - May be available but not guaranteed. It is dependent on previous guest. LATE CHECKOUT: - Must be requested during your stay. - Available for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: - This is not a hotel. Please be respectful to the property and neighbors. - Quiet hours 10:00pm-8:00am. - Must use dedicated entrance during your stay. The entire building and property is non-smoking. No cigarettes, vapes or smoking of any kind. If you have a party or smoke we will be notified and terminate your stay. You will not be refunded.
