The convention center is a 5 min car ride or 15 min walk. LOCATION: - This unit is located downtown Los Angeles near Whole Foods Market. - It is near the intersection of South Grand Ave and West 8th Street. - 30 minutes drive to LAX. - Map search The Apple Tower Theater 802 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA to see distances to your points of interest. AMENITIES: - Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub - Fitness Center PARKING: - Parking is not included. - The paid parking lots nearby start at $10 per day. - We recommend using the app “ParkUp’” to find paid parking lots during your stay. - Meters are usually free overnight from 8pm - 8am. - Read all posted signs anywhere you park in Los Angeles. EARLY CHECK-IN: - May be available but not guaranteed. It is dependent on previous guest. LATE CHECKOUT: - Must be requested during your stay. - Available for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: - This is not a hotel. Please be respectful to the property and neighbors. - Quiet hours 10:00pm-8:00am. - Must use dedicated entrance during your stay. Victor was very helpful in ensuring I had a smooth check in. I landed pretty late and he still made himself available! The space was beautiful and spacious and had great natural light - ample for getting work done. while I didn’t use all the amenities I appreciated that they were all there. It was close enough to food spaces and was overall a very convenient location! Ps - I loved the automatic blinds!

The place was nice and clean. We had a rental car and were able to park in the garage relatively close to the building for $11 the day. There are also various stores and restaurants walking distance. The block the place is located at looks a bit sketchy at night but beyond that block you will find nice places. Overall a positive experience.
