PARKING: - Parking is not included. - Paid parking lots nearby start at $15 per day. - Street parking is $0.50 per hour at a meter. - Meters are usually free overnight from 8pm - 8am. - Please read all posted signs anywhere you park in Los Angeles. EARLY CHECK-IN: - May be available but not guaranteed. It is dependent on previous guest. LATE CHECKOUT: - Must be requested during your stay. Available for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: - This is not a hotel. Please be respectful to the property and neighbors. - Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. - Must use the dedicated entrance during your stay.
