LOCATION: - Unit is located near LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) and the Petersen Museum. - 30 minute drive to LAX. - Map search LACMA at 5905 Wilshire Blvd to see distance to your points of interest. PARKING: - Parking is not included. - Street parking is free on side streets. - Parking meters are $0.50 per hr and usually free overnight from 8pm - 8am. - Please read all posted signs anywhere you park in Los Angeles. EARLY CHECK-IN: - May be available but not guaranteed. It is dependent on previous guest. LATE CHECKOUT: - Must be requested during your stay. - Available for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: - This is not a hotel. Please be respectful to the property and neighbors. - Quiet hours 10:00pm-8:00am. - Must use dedicated entrance during your stay. The entire building and property is non-smoking. No cigarettes, vapes or smoking of any kind. If you have a party or smoke we will be notified and terminate your stay. You will not be refunded.
