This is a private room in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment centrally located in Hollywood. This room has its own private bathroom. Professional cleaning lady comes everyday yo clean common areas. We are conveniently located in the heart of West Hollywood, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. There is a free parking street around the building, but we also can offer a parking spot in the garage for $10/night.

Please do not set the A/C below 72°F • Mailing Address: Do not use the property address as a mailing or permanent residence • Shoes Off Inside: Kindly remove shoes upon entering the apartment • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM • Kitchen Use: Light cooking and food storage only. Please avoid foods with strong odors. The kitchen is available until 9:00 PM • Food Storage: Label your food in a separate bag in the fridge.
